Terms & Conditions

Warranty covers the repair of your unit back to its original operating condition for any problems resulting from manufacturing defects. All internal components and labour are fully covered.

The warranty is valid to the name/company on the invoice only and is nontransferable between customers or vehicles.

Any additional cost i.e.. shipping, removal, diagnostic, coding, programming, software download, and/or mechanic charges are not covered and nonrefundable.

We reserve the right to repair or replace the part. In cases where the part is unrepairable and no direct replacement is available, we will refund the original purchase price, less the costs of shipping.

Warranty will be voided if:
• Other components directly affect the performance of a replacement part
• Natural disasters: Fire, flood and lightning
• Part is externally damaged
• Vehicle has been involved in an accident
• Broken warranty seal is cut or tampered with
• Part was removed and installed in another vehicle

Software transferring service doesn't cover hardware, also original unit will not be returned. Not all parts can be re- paired. If your part is not repairable, we will refund your payment less a test fee of £20 (this is for the time we have spent working on the unit) and ship it back to you. If core returned is in non repairable state deposit will not be refunded.

Bulbs are not covered by warranty. If you wish, you can remove them before posting part to us.
