IHU (Infotainment Head Unit) – Exchange Service

This is an exchange service — we do not repair or test units. Please ensure your IHU has been properly diagnosed as faulty before ordering. Send us your faulty unit and we supply a replacement, ready to fit.

What You Need to Send

  • - Your faulty IHU — the unit removed from your vehicle
  • - Your CEM — only if required, confirmed after we check your VIN (see below)

VIN Required

Please provide your vehicle's VIN when ordering. We use it to check your vehicle's configuration. Some configurations require the new IHU to be programmed together with your CEM — if this applies to your vehicle, we will contact you to arrange sending your CEM in as well before the exchange can proceed.

⚠️ Important: VIN is required for every order. Depending on your vehicle's configuration, your CEM may also need to be sent in alongside the IHU for correct programming — we will confirm this with you after checking your VIN.
