DEM (Differential Electronic Module) – Repair Service

This is a repair service for your existing DEM. The DEM is integrated into the Active On Demand Coupling (AOC) unit on the rear axle, and regulates the four-wheel drive function by controlling torque distribution between the front and rear axles. We repair your original unit using high quality, new generation components — no replacement or reprogramming required.

Symptoms

  • - DSTC not working
  • - Brake failure message when DEM is plugged
  • - DEM-0002, DEM-0003, DEM-0006, DEM-0007, DEM-0008 codes
  • - No communication between DEM and other modules (BCM, CEM)
