CEM (Central Electronic Module) – Software Transfer Service

This is a software transfer service for Volvo CEMs. We clone all data from your original unit onto a donor CEM you supply, including vehicle configuration, VIN, mileage, key data, remote fobs and calibration settings. The result is a fully programmed, plug and play module ready to fit.

What gets transferred:

  • - VIN number and mileage
  • - Vehicle configuration and options
  • - Key and remote fob data
  • - Calibration settings
  • - All other CEM-stored data from your original unit

What you need to send:

  • - Your original CEM — the faulty or damaged unit from your vehicle
  • - A donor CEM — a good used unit sourced from a scrapyard or supplier

Ensure both units share matching part numbers. Clearly label which is the original and which is the donor before sending — this is essential so we clone in the correct direction.

⚠️ Important: Please label your units clearly — mark one "ORIGINAL" and the other "DONOR" before dispatch. Unlabelled units may cause delays. Part numbers on both CEMs must match before sending.
