Postage Repair Service FAQ

Postage Repair Service FAQ

This page explains how our postage repair service works and how to avoid delays.

Do I need to pay before sending my module?

No. If you are not sure whether module is faulty, or if you suspect it may be beyond repair, you do not need to pay first. Just send module to us with your contact details inside parcel. After inspection, we will contact you by email with an update and, if needed, an invoice with a payment link.

What details should I include inside parcel?

Please include your contact details written in capital letters or printed to avoid delays caused by difficult handwriting.

- Name
- Email address
- Local phone number
- Postcode

Email address is especially important, because this is how we send updates, invoices, and payment links.

What vehicle information should I include?

Including vehicle VIN and a short fault description can speed up your order and help avoid unnecessary delays.

- What symptoms are present
- What is not communicating or not working
- What fault you have noticed in vehicle
- Whether problem is constant or intermittent

Clear and accurate information helps us assess part more efficiently and saves your time during inspection and processing.

Do I need to arrange postage myself?

Yes. You need to post item to us yourself using any traceable postage service. Postage selected at checkout covers return postage only.

What if I am sending item from outside UK?

If you are posting from another country, please use a traceable postage service and declare a low value on parcel to help avoid customs delays. We are not responsible for customs charges, import duties, or similar fees. Deliveries with unpaid charges may be refused unless agreed in advance. Return postage for international orders is £20 for parcels below 2 kg.

Important: Please make sure your parcel does not arrive with unpaid customs charges or duty requests unless agreed with us in advance, as such deliveries may be refused.

How will I know when repair or replacement is ready?

Once repair, testing, or replacement is ready, we will contact you by email and send an invoice with a payment link.

Can I place order on website instead of paying by invoice link?

Yes. When everything is ready, you can either pay using payment link sent by email or place order through our website, whichever is more convenient for you.

How can I make process as smooth as possible?

To avoid delays, please make sure you include all key information inside parcel and use a traceable postage service.

- Print or write your details clearly in capital letters
- Include name, email, local phone number, and postcode
- Add vehicle VIN and a short fault description
- State whether issue is constant or intermittent
